It looks nice overall, but the styles do feel a bit old and bulky to me. That said, it’s not terrible or anything, just maybe not as fresh or modern as I was expecting.

I ordered a table because it clearly showed as available, so I figured everything was good. Then a few days later I got a message saying it actually wasn’t in stock, which was frustrating. The most annoying part was waiting around for a clear update while getting mixed signals about what was going on. Customer service was polite enough when I finally got answers, but the whole process felt messy and kind of wasted my time. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I had no other option.

I got this from Powell Company a while back, and it’s been holding up better than I expected. We use it pretty much every day, and that part still feels sturdy with no wobbling or cracking. Not totally sure what I was expecting, but I’m happy with it overall.

The corners were protected well, and nothing was scratched or broken, which was a relief because I was worried about shipping damage. That said, I did feel a little ignored when I had questions before it arrived and didn’t really get much of a response. Still, the item came clean and safe, so I’m happy about the packaging.

The refund showed up after a few days. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, but overall it was fine.

I reached out and they got back to me faster than I expected. The reply was helpful, and overall it seemed like they knew what they were doing.
